Cultivate Streetwear can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the receiving date for either store credit or an exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In such cases, you are eligible for an exchange or store credit equal to the original purchase value. This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

During BLACK FRIDAY SALES there is no refunds or size exchanges, All sales are final.

To be eligible to make a return all items must be returned in original, unworn and resalable condition (UNWORN, TAGS ATTACHED, NOT WASHED & BAGGING NOT RIPPED) Photos will need to be provided before sending.

If the above requirements are met – we are able to facilitate store credit, exchange for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges)

If the above requirements are met – we can facilitate the below options:

• A Store Credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot credit duties, taxes or shipping charges) – Store Credit do not have an expiry 

• An Exchange for an alternative size or style.

• Items that have been worn, used, or damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please note that any orders using a discount code are only eligible for a store credit for the amount paid or an exchange.

Any shipping fees or duties incurred to make a return to us are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Once your order has been packed and shipped by the courier, it is their care.
