refund/exchange policy
Cultivate Streetwear can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the receiving date.
In order to get started please have your email address, name, and order number on your email. EMAIL US AT: cultivate.streetwearco@gmail.com
To be eligible to make a return all items must be returned in original, unworn and resalable condition (UNWORN, TAGS ATTACHED, NOT WASHED & BAGGING NOT RIPPED) Photos will need to be provided before sending.
If the above requirements are met – we are able to facilitate a refund or store credit, exchange for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges)
If the above requirements are met – we can facilitate the below options:
- A Refund for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges)
- A Store Credit for the full amount paid for the returned item/s (Unfortunately we cannot credit duties, taxes or shipping charges) – Store Credit do not have an expiry
- An Exchange for an alternative size or style.
Please note that any orders using a discount code are only eligible for a store credit for the amount paid or an exchange.
Any shipping fees or duties incurred to make a return to us are the responsibility of the customer to pay, however if we can facilitate your exchange request we cover the shipping costs back to you (Limited to 2 shirts per order, any more shirts then you will have to pay for the returns on your end)
Once your order has been packed and shipped by the courier, it is their care. Cultivate Streetwear is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost parcels, we will provide tracking details for you to follow your order.
